GROUP CLASSES
Our classes are the heart of our community——from strength and conditioning to barbell and prenatal, each class is structured in a six week cycle to ensure consistency and progress. In order to provide the most efficient class setting, all classes are limited to ten attendees.
Yoga sessions follow their own rhythm, class sizes vary.

Strength Classes
Our Strength Classes are a great way to compliment your private training sessions, or build a solid foundation within a group. Join any class by signing up for a monthly membership, or simply drop in.
MONDAY Full Body Strength: A strength workout that involves the entire body. This consists of a warm-up, plyometric work, and compound movements.
TUESDAY Lower Body Push/Upper Body Pull: A strength workout that incorporates lower body push exercises (i.e. squat) and upper body pull exercises (i.e. pull up).
WEDNESDAY Mobility/Core: A strength and mobility workout that consists of full body mobility and strength movements. Including iso holds, stretches, and primal movements.
THURSDAY Endurance/Core: An endurance workout that focuses on producing force, speed, and agility while keeping the heart rate pumping.
FRIDAY Lower Body Pull/Upper Body Push: A strength workout that focuses on lower body pull exercises (i.e. deadlift) and upper body push (i.e. push ups).
SATURDAY Full Metal B* Workout: A dynamic and athletic workout that incorporates strength and speed.
SUNDAY Pre/Postpartum Strength & Conditioning Class: A workout that focuses on building a solid foundation from the inside out, with the care and understanding of prenatal and postpartum physiology.

Move + Restore
Ease into your day with this soothing slow flow, designed to awaken your body and mind. This all-levels class is especially supportive for those with limited mobility, offering deep, intentional stretching and asanas at a slow to moderate pace. With attention to breath and mind-body awareness, you'll gradually cultivate flexibility, strength, increased mobility, and concentration. This gentle yet inspiring flow will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to start your day.
Move + Mobilize
This uplifting, yet mindful flow is designed to build warmth in the body, while being grounded in breath and awareness. This all-levels class is supportive for those with limited mobility, offering deep, intentional sequencing and stretching at a moderate pace. Expect fluid transitions and gentle activation to build flexibility, strength, increased mobility, and concentration.
