Our mission is to guide and empower you, help you connect with your body, and build your strength inside and out——together. We approach training as a marathon, not a sprint. GROUP CLASSES



Our classes are the heart of our community. From strength and conditioning to barbell and prenatal, each class is structured in a six week cycle to ensure consistency and progress. In order to provide the most efficient class setting, all classes are limited to ten attendees (yoga sessions follow their own rhythm, class sizes vary). All levels, all abilities--every body welcome.

Small Group Training



Our Small Group Training is a great way to compliment your private training sessions, or build a solid foundation within a group. Join any class by signing up for a monthly membership, or simply drop in.

SATURDAY Full Metal B* Workout:
A dynamic and athletic workout that incorporates strength and speed.

SUNDAY Pre/Postpartum Strength & Conditioning Class:
A workout that focuses on building a solid foundation from the inside out, with the care and understanding of prenatal and postpartum physiology. 


Classes run 50 minutes
12 hour cancellation required to keep class credit

Mat Pilates



Mat Pilates
Strengthen, lengthen, and realign your body in this full-body, 50 minute mat Pilates session. Grounded in traditional Pilates principles, we will zero in on core engagement with low-impact strength work to build stability, improve posture, and enhance overall awareness. All levels welcome.
