Jess HessFounder, Head Trainer
Jess started her career in the fitness industry in 2004’s New York City, living in Williamsburg and training clients from Brooklyn to the Upper East Side. After moving west about a decade ago, back to her native California, Jess created her personal and professional home in San Francisco’s easy-going Richmond District. Her goal is to bring more women into fitness and self defense, demystify workout culture, and help her clients feel accepted and informed. As a coach, she is strong, resourceful, passionate, and supportive.
Payal PatelCertified Personal Trainer, PN-L1 Nutrition Coach, Pain-free Performance Specialist
After a decade working in Silicon Valley, Payal brings that same discipline and detail-oriented mindset to coaching clients. Her training style combines her specialties in strength, nutrition and pain-free movement with emphasis on longevity and quality of life. She also specializes in coaching women with chronic conditions, like PCOS and insulin resistance. Payal’s approach is welcoming and supportive, and her magnetic personality and intelligent programming leave her clients with improved energy and confidence, in and outside of the gym.
Bailey FanNASM Certified Personal Trainer
Bailey is a San Francisco native with a passion for empowering individuals to discover their strength and push beyond their limits. With certifications as both a NASM-CPT and a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, she specializes in strength training and overall fitness, helping clients develop the physical resilience needed to thrive in daily life. Bailey’s approach is rooted in movement as a tool to metabolize stress and build mind-body connections. She is committed to guiding others in developing lasting strength through functional movement and progressive overload.
Sam JamosmosNASM Certified Personal Trainer
Sam’s love for movement started early, playing soccer, basketball, and running cross country in high school. She went on to study Health, Exercise, and Sports Science, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping others move with strength and confidence. With experience as a PT aide in an outpatient clinic, at StretchLab (certified in PNF stretching), and three years at The Lotus Method training exclusively with TTC, pregnant, and postpartum women, Sam has developed a deep understanding of how to support bodies through every stage of life. She believes fitness is for everybody and every body, and brings an inclusive, empowering approach to every session--making strength training approachable, effective, and—most importantly—fun.
Kitty TangCertified Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist
Originally from New York City, Kitty relocated to the Bay Area to pursue her master’s degree and complete her NCAA eligibility. What started as a temporary move quickly turned into something more permanent as she built deep roots through fitness and a passion for community.With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology, along with a strong background in collegiate athletics, Kitty brings a well-rounded and dynamic skill set to her work. She has previously worked at gyms such as LA Fitness and Equinox, and is now proud to be part of the Revel team--surrounded by like-minded women who continue to inspire her and help her grow as a trainer.
Grace LeeStrength Coach
Originally from the Midwest, Grace has been an athlete her entire life and brings that passion into group fitness. Leading everything from cycle and strength training to boxing, HIIT, sculpt, and beyond, her goal in every class is simple: to make sure every client walks out feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident than before. In Grace’s classes, expect high energy, bumping music, and a spicy workout to keep things fun!
Patty ModdelmogPilates Instructor
Born and raised in Orange County and a San Francisco local for over a decade, Patty is a Pilates instructor who believes that Pilates should be inclusive, joyful, and accessible to all. Her approach focuses on precision, breath, and control to build both strength and flexibility, giving you a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized. Patty’s teaching style is encouraging and upbeat--she’ll meet you where you are, while still pushing you to challenge yourself.
Paige St. ClairPilates Instructor
Paige is a California native who fell in love with Pilates a few years ago, after moving back to San Francisco from Berlin. With comprehensive training in Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair, she emphasizes mind-body connection--focusing on breath and form. In Paige’s classes you can expect curated playlists, challenges for all levels, and movement that makes you feel good.
Wipawee MorrisYoga Teacher, RYT 500, RPYT, Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga, Yoga for Kids
Growing up in Bangkok, Thailand, Wipawee's love of competitive swimming shaped her early years. Since moving to San Francisco in 1997, yoga has become an integral part of her life. With her 500-hour RYT and RPYT certifications, she's passionate about sharing the transformative power of movement and inspiring others to live healthier, happier lives
Kristen KaneYoga Teacher, RYT 200
With a background in interior design and art, Kristen brings creativity and mindfulness to her yoga teaching. Practicing for nearly 20 years, she first discovered yoga in college as a way to calm and center the mind.Passionate about health, nutrition, and the science of the mind, Kristen shares yoga through a scientific lens, focusing on neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change. She believes movement and mindfulness can rewire thought patterns, regulate the nervous system, and promote well-being. Her gentle vinyasa flow classes emphasize flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and concentration.
Kriszta TiwariHolistic Nutrition Consultant
Kriszta specializes in nutritional therapy and dietary education for women. Born and raised in rural Transylvania by many generations of strong and wonderful women, her love of nature, plants, food, and cooking is deeply rooted in her upbringing. In her private practice, Kriszta focuses on women's health, the pre- and postpartum journey, lactation, and family nutrition.
