Nutrition is as vital as exercise in supporting a strong, healthy body. At Revel Training Club, we offer tailored-to-you nutrition coaching depending on your fitness goals. 

Work with Kriszta to optimize overall health and well-being, hormonal health, fertility and pregnancy/postpartum; work with Payal for nutrition coaching targeting building muscles, losing fat, and eating for longevity. Kriszta brings a wealth of knowledge in nutrition for women’s wellness, and she’s here to set you on the path to good health.

Women’s Health
The care we all need! Kriszta’s specialty is to empower you to take control of your well-being. She'll put you on the right track towards healthy eating and living by guiding you in how to best support your body with whole foods, herbs, exercise and healthy habits, as well as managing hormones and any pre-existing conditions.

Preconception, Pregnancy + Postpartum
Before conception and in pregnancy, Kriszta carefully evaluates your health history, habits, and diet, to formulate the best personalized plan for your specific needs. She provides comprehensive support with indivual nutrition coaching, helps you prepare your body for treatments, and assists in managing conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid problems, blood sugar imbalance, sex hormone imbalance and adrenal fatigue, as well as tackling symptoms (such as fatigue, nausea, back pain and reflux) with natural foods, supplements, and herbs. 
In postpartum, Kriszta’s got your back and offers strategic tools and techniques for a quick recovery, and to support milk production should you decide to breastfeed.

Menopause
While menopause is an important and inevitable part of a woman’s life, it doesn't mean you have to endure its discomforts without relief. Kriszta guides you with various strategies to manage symptoms and promote well-being during this transition, including hormone-supporting dietary changes, a personalized movement plan, and supplement protocol.
