PERSONAL TRAINING
Private training programs are uniquely created based on your individual needs, interests, and goals. We start with your health and injury history and a movement screen, and build strength and endurance no matter your training level. We use numerous techniques and tools to make sure you feel and see progress.
If you’re here for prenatal and postpartum training, we will help guide you in this journey and support your specific needs by creating a training program suited to your unique pregnancy and/or birthing experience, including education about your pelvic floor, strengthening movement patterns, assess any recovery/rehab needs, and make a plan for your long term fitness goals.
Sessions run 50 minutes
/ on-location or virtually
Private sessions are $135-150/session, duet sessions $185-200/session.
Sessions are billed on a monthly cycle.
